Nature of the service
NX IVI provides private client coordination, sourcing and administrative support. NX IVI is not a bank, investment adviser, asset manager, broker, lender or fiduciary, and provides no financial, legal or tax advice.
Coordination, not supply
Where travel, hospitality, acquisitions or specialist services are arranged, they are performed by independent third parties under their own terms. NX IVI does not own aircraft, hold inventory or operate as a charter company.
Access
Access is considered individually. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance, and access may be declined or withdrawn at our discretion.
